Calycosin suppresses breast cancer cell growth via ERβ-mediated inhibition of IGF1R pathway

We previously reported that calycosin, a natural phytoestrogen structurally similar to estrogen, successfully triggered apoptosis of ER-positive breast cancer cell line, MCF-7.
